Yep, I was itching to ride Enduro, so last minute dot com I booked this 4 day experience with RideOurika. So late in fact that no mates were available to participate.. their loss! ✌🏻🤣 What an absolutely incredible experience with Ride Ourika! From the moment I arrived, everything was perfectly organised, and everyone made me feel welcome. A special thank you to Zakaria, who was an outstanding guide, taking the time out of his evening to come and introduce himself to me at the hotel the night before. Zak was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and made sure days were comfortable and safe while still making the ride exciting and fun. His passion for the area and genuine hospitality made the experience even more memorable, although tourist stories about the Moroccan big foot/yeti should not be believed. 🤣 A top man, capable of judging people’s skill level and pushing their comfort bubble safely and consistently. Every ride over the 4 days through the stunning Ourika Valley and the Atlas Mountains was breathtaking, with amazing scenery at every turn. I feel a massive sense of accomplishment now that I’m at home and analysing my own performance, I don’t think there are too many people that have ridden motorcycles up a 3100 metre mountain? The differing terrain and geology kept things real, soft fine sand, gravel, shale, rocks, dirt etc etc, I think I experienced every type of surface known! 🤩 truly a great place to raise your skill levels and experience. The Hotel Mamoutchka was perfect in every way, friendly staff, great traditional food, very tasty! WiFi was excellent, pool, air con, comfy bed and pillows, and your own private little terrace. Plus beer is available which after a long day in the saddle just topped the days ride off. Lunches were taken out on the ride at independent local cafes/restaurants and again the traditional food made with locally fresh produce and authentic ingredients added to the experience. I will be looking to source some Hawaii pop here in the U.K. 👍🏻💥 The bikes were in excellent condition and perfectly suited to the task, I’m now a big fan of the Portuguese manufacturer AJP. Cracking little 250’s and I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase one myself if they were available in the U.K. The entire experience was seamless from start to finish. Zak and the team made their own personal shower available for me to use before flying back home on the last day after a 44° cooking, yep I felt like I was the Tagine! 🤣 a little touch like this goes a long way and I am very appreciative! If you’re visiting Morocco and looking for an unforgettable adventure, I highly recommend Ride Ourika. Thank you, Zakaria, and the whole team for an amazing 4 days - I’ll definitely be back! ✌🏻 #ridesafe mate
